The selection process

Every candidate who applies will go through the below assessment process

  • CV Assessment – Evaluation of all CV's received to assess and identify eligible candidates.
  • Personality Assessment – Eligible candidates will be assessed through a computerized personality test that will ascertain the candidates' personality traits.
  • Personal Interview – Candidates who successfully complete the Personality Assessment will go through a personal interview.
  • The Next Step: Applicants will be ranked based on the results of the assessment process. Selected candidates will be contacted for their acceptance. Candidates who accept will go through an induction program before they commence the training.
